- Kinon doors and panels are produced with our state-of-the-art edge-banding equipment and processing system.
- We balance the back of our doors, drawers and panels with a selection of the various grade HPL laminates that provide beautiful complimentary interior visuals.
- Our cabinet door substrates, incorporated with our complete “PUR” Polyurethane adhesive system, provide an advanced water resistant seal. This makes our doors, drawers, and panels ideal for almost all luxury applications.

Sanding & Polishing steps:
- Wet sand the edge banding with Trizact Blending Disc, 1000 grit
- Wet sand the edge banding with Trizact Blending Disk, 3000 grit
- Polish the edge banding with Lamb Wool Bonnet and a Farecla Advanced Plus compound
- Polish the surface with Lamb Wool Bonnet and a Farecla Advanced Plus compound
- Wipe away all of the remaining compound with a microfiber cloth
- Finish the process with Kinon Gloss Cleaner
