• Ultra Cast™ Laminate – 58″ x 144″ / 1473.2 mm x 3657.6 mm (2.5 mm ±0.5 mm / 0.098″ ±0.02″ thick)
• MDF – 58″ x 144″ / 1473.2 mm x 3657.6 mm (21 mm ±2 mm / 0.827″ ±0.08″ thick composite)
Edgebanding – 24″ x 144″ / 609.6 mm x 3657.6 mm (2.5 mm ±0.5 mm / 0.098″ ±0.02″ thick)
Backer (for MDF only):
Formica® laminate available in a wide range of neutral and earthy tones including:
Black 909-58, Platinum 902-58, Brite White 459-58, Folkstone 927-58, Mojave 8751-58, and more.
Kinon sheets are sanded and polished prior to shipment. After fabrication, we recommend final polishing and light sanding to restore a flawless finish.
Materials can be cut and machined using standard woodworking tools. For optimal edge treatment, use matching edgebanding—either with PUR or EVA hot melt machinery, or via hand application using contact cement. Always apply edgebanding slightly oversized and trim to fit. Final sanding and polishing will ensure seamless, professional results.
Edgebanding is offered as a matching substrate option to ensure a cohesive, seamless finish across all applications.
