Lamination & Edge Banding to wood with Contact Adhesive
- Kinon® Ultra Cast is easily laminated with solvent-based contact adhesive.
- We recommend the use of solvent-based contact adhesive. Kinon® is easily adhered to substrates such as low oil wood
(maple, birch, poplar, walnut, etc), plywoods (B1 or better), MDF or acrylic. - Some light color Kinon® products will need a white primer applied to wood surface where Kinon® is being laminated. Contact your representative to determine if your color needs a primer.
- Be sure to follow glue manufacturers directions and required conditions.
